and Appointments
Welcome first years! Fall 2024 semester elections always happen hastily - you will be expected to lead a campaign in a school you barely joined. But don’t worry, you will look back with pride on the amazing campaign/interviews you’ve led.

Starting on Monday, August 14th, 2024, first-year students will be able to apply to the position of Coordinator of Cultural Affairs, External Affairs, Charities and Volunteering, External Affairs, Administrative Assistant, and Financial Assistant of the 2024-2025 MSU through this page, with their CV, and a letter of intent. The deadline to apply is Thursday, August 22nd, 2024, at 11:59 PM. After this date, candidates will be contacted and given more information about the next steps.​

Elected Candidates will also need to submit a Nomination Form at the time of their application. The signatures can be collected in person or online as long as they reach the minimum number of 30 (more info in Handbook).
​
Coordinator Elections and Appointments Period will take place from August 26th - September 5th.
​

You may apply to 1 elected position and as many appointed positions as you want, simultaneously.​

Appointed candidates will go through an interview process during Appointments Period.

Feel free to consult the CV and letters of intent of past candidates. Your letter should highlight your motivations, your background, and your personality, which makes you a compelling candidate. Your CV should highlight all experiences relevant to the role you're applying to.
